ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Deposit Policy:
In standard ATV/quad rentals, a security deposit is usually required (EUR 300 for small ATVs and EUR 500 for larger ATVs).
At Actionquad guided tours, no security deposit is required.
However, the participant remains fully responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the tour, including but not limited to:
- Broken or damaged bumpers
- Mirrors
- Body parts
- Lights
- Any mechanical or structural damage caused by accident
Any such damages must be paid at the end of the tour, regardless of the absence of a deposit.
Driver Requirements & Safety Rules:
According to Greek law, driving an ATV normally requires a car driving license held for at least four (4) years.
At Actionquad guided tours, drivers are allowed to participate even if:
- They hold a newer driving license, or
- They are at least 18 years old
However, the following conditions apply strictly:
- All participants must strictly follow the instructions of the tour guide at all times
- Special attention must be given to the safety briefing and vehicle training provided before the tour
- The tour guide has the absolute right to assess the driving ability and behavior of each participant
If the guide considers that a driver:
- Does not follow instructions
- Drives dangerously or irresponsibly
- Does not inspire confidence for safe participation
The company reserves the right to refuse participation in the tour, even after the briefing, without any right to compensation or refund.
Insurances:
Our vehicles are insured against third party damages excluding a) Driver and passengers b) our vehicle.
Required condition is that the Greek Traffic Law is not violated.
